    Default Day 7

    Dear friends,

short update, been working a lot!

Mask day today. I tried to put some coconut-oil in the honey-mask,
    it felt good.

Much itch in the scalp in the nights.
Tried to take the non-chroride water to wet my hair today before putting on the mask.
Before I have just taken normal tap-water and wet it with.

Skin looks good. Some bumps, some small red spots.

    Much love

Default Am also trying honey mask treatment

Hi clearsky and others out there following this thread, I am also trying the honey mask 4 week programme recommended by Auburn. Have so far done 2 honey masks over the last 5 days. The skin seemed to be softer at first and certainly the spots seemed to get paler. The honey does make my hair softer too - amazing! However, this morning woke up to new small cluster of spots on cheeks - will see how this progresses over the next few days. I am told I have rosacea but as no one can tell me what rosacea actually is, I am willing to try anything before being forced down the road to oral antibiotics! I have never had dandruff but the spots as they dry on my face do have tiny dry crust which flakes off - is this seb derm then?
Anyway, will continue to post and follow the thread. My very good wishes to all who are trying to find a way to overcome this condition. LornaS

    Default Day 10

    Dear friends,

I hope you have had a great weekend.

So today i day 10 and I have been working a lot
and I haven't had the energy to do the mask 100%
    as recommended.
I have for example been making just the face and not the hair one
    of the mask-days.

I am so very, very happy to tell you that my face looks so good.
It is soft, it doesn't have the white flakes any more.
I got some small, small pimples from using too big amount of the coconut oil.
    But that's nothing.

I was working out today and I was sweating a lot!
No problem, no itch, no redness, I just say WOW and thank you so much for your support and
to you Auburn if you read this. I really feel like this is it.
That coconut oil is the best thing for the face no matter if you have problem skin or not.

I will try to keep you updated!

How is it going for you H.A.M and Lorna?
I really wish you the best.

The first week was kind of cleansing out and I think that period can be even longer
so don't give up, give it all four weeks and then you can decide if you want to try something else.
    That's my warm recommendation.

    Much love

Default Sitting with honey mask on face as I write!

Hi Clearsky, I am so very pleased that this treatment is working for you! How much longer have you got to to to complete the first full treatment? I am now doing my third mask so that makes me 6 days into the treatment of 4 weeks. Did you find that your skin was more red in the morning then the redness faded as the day wore on? Also what was your original diagnosis: seb derm or rosacea?
Lots of good wishes for continued success and clearance of this skin complaint. Will up date in a few days' time. With many good wishes, Lorna

    Red face Day 11

Wow, so glad to look at my face in the mirror today!
It seem 100% better from day one.
Soft skin, smooth surface. No itching this night.

Have forgotten to take the omega and the other supplements
so it seems like it is the honey and coconut that makes the
    magic.

Right now I sit with the mask in the face and the front of my scalp.
Didn't reach back there and didn't have the energy.

I have two weeks and three days to go on the four weeks and already
    complete improvement.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cleansing is still going on and it flame up
    again before settling.

It is Seb Derm. I am sure. I haven't had a doctors diagnoses
on my face but on my scalp.

It was first on day 10 my face became so soft.
It is like the skin really regenerate itself!

Best of luck to all of you/

Clearsky seems to be the only one who experience immediate improvements everyday from Day 1? Most people who have tried raw honey treatment do not have such good progression (including myself) and some of us have a major relapse before the 4th week.

Just curious... besides raw honey/virgin coconut, did you do anything else?
    Anti-dandruff shampoo?
    Sleeping early?
    Changes in diet?
    Holiday? no stress?
