Default rosacea dermatisis v seb derm . For those who have seb derm on cheeks,

Does anyone who have been thold they have rosacea and seb derm on cheeks think it could be dry skin from rosacea on cheeks.I had seb derm for years before rosacea and never had dry skin on cheeks but no redness from it. See below:

Some experts think this is coexisting irritant or seborrheic
dermatitis. I don’t. Seborrheic dermatitis favors the
eyebrows, glabella and nasolabial folds, whereas rosacea dermatitis
favors the cheeks. However, like seborrheic dermatitis,
rosacea dermatitis responds to antimicrobial agents such
as tetracycline and topical metronidazole. For example
within 2 weeks, metronidazole gel improved erythema,
    desquamation,and skin “irritation

I've noticed that since getting rosacea the skin on my cheeks has changed its sort of rougher in texture compared to the skin around my mouth or jaw and it doesnt hold moisture properly (especially after washing) even though the middle of my cheeks and nose produce more oil than the sides of my face its the sides of my face that seem smoother and more elastic.I dont get it lol
