    Default Keratosis Pilaris?

Has anyone had any success in treating this or keeping it at bay?
Just curious...I have it to compliment my rosacea...

Hi. I have this too apparently along with my rosacea. What are your symptoms? I am still confused with mine and am not 100% sure what I am dealing with. I was orginally told it was sebderm. I am using Lachydrin 12% every other day which does seem to help a little but it could irritate your rosacea. Mine seems ok for now.

    Take care

I have rosacea and also KP on my cheeks. I use a bit of Differin on the KP each night. Too much can be irritating on the skin so I have to skip a day or two from time to time. I've been using this for about a year and it has helped a lot.

I have had it on my arms for many years. Only had rosacea 11 months. How do you tell if you have kprf on the face as well as rosacea?

Default Glad I'm not the only one!

With KP your skin (on my face) feels like sandpaper. It took them a long time to decide this was what it was. My doctor gave me Oracea, Finacea and Differin and some tretinoin cream that's too greasy. His theory was to "peel" the skin so it looked and felt better. The peeling creams turn me red so I'm not a fan. The best thing I've used is exfoliating stuff (any brand). But I am in the middle of really trying new things with food and supplements with my naturopath. Not that I don't love my derm guy....
