    Hi Russie,

I use the GNC triple strength fish oil as it has the most EPA's and DHA's you can get in a pill and it is as far as I know a high quality fish oil.

    Best wishes,
    Melissa

Is this to suggest that you take fish oil yourself Melissa?? And if so how much do you take and do you notice any effect either negative or positive on your rosacea??

I always thought fish oil was considered a rosacea evil/trigger and was to be avoided which is why I acutally discontinued taking it a few months ago. AHHHH! So much conflicting information!!

    Hi bluesky,

Yes I do take fish oil because I believe omega 3's to be important for good health and I don't eat much fish anymore. There is no one size fits all though and some people here report that fish oil supplements flare their rosacea so it does depend on how you tolerate it. If you cannot take fish oil supplements I recommend trying to incorporate more fatty fish in your diet.

I take 1 GNC triple strenght fish oil capsule a day.

1 capsule is about 1000 mg of EPA and DHA per day.

    Best wishes,
    Melissa
