Default Metrocream PLUS an additional moisturizer?

my skin is so extremely dry at the moment it almost hurts. The metrocream (based on LRPs Physiane, INCI: Aqua (Water), PEG-32 Stearate, PEG-6 Stearate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Hydrogenated Palm (Palm Kernel Oil), PEG-6 Esters, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Glycerin, Myristic Acid, Palmitoyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Disodium EDTA, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Parfum (Fragrance)) helps a great deal with the inflammation, but apart from that... desert storm right on my face.

Is it recommendable to apply an additional moisturizer twenty to thirty minutes after applying the metrocream? Or will I nullify the results of the metronidazole?

    Thanks a lot!

It's OK to moisturise before or after and you won't ruin the results at all.
In fact, you may enhance it.
