Question When do you flush most?

    Hello All!

My face is calm in the mornings and I 'almost' forget about roscaea, then if I am going

to flush it will start getting sensitive about 4 pm and be at it's worst by 8pm and then it

    decreases!

Just wondered if anybody else has a 'flushing trend'?

    Hi Judy

I believe that many here do experience a sort of flushing cycle where they are more prone to flushing later in the day. I know when I am tired I am more prone to flushing.

My power surge happens occasionally late morning at work. There doesn't appear to be anything environmental or food related, so I suspect stress and/or frustration.

Otherwise, I can emphatically state the red wine (whatever the time of day) makes me flush the absolute most!

Gladly, I rarely flush now. But if I am mega stressed, it can cause flushing. Shame on those who cause me the stress! LOL

My face feels cooler in the evenings now, not sure what's causing this, and currently I only experience two kinds of flushing: I sometimes flush when I'm cooking but it's a light and short lived flush, and I always flush when I exercise in a hot environment and I'm exerting myself a bit too much (e.g.,, yard work in a hot and humid day causes me to sweat a lot and my face turns beet red), this type of flushing may take up to three hours to subside.

Until about three months ago, I used to flush every night, after dinner. It was a light flush that would last a few hours. The glass of wine I used to have with dinner turned out to be the culprit . And I don't even like wine that much, was drinking it because of the reservatrol.

I've treated seb derm successfully with raw honey and virgin coconut oil and have been symptom-free since June '09. Follow this ---> link <--- for details.

The sun is my absolute biggest trigger. But everything goes red from about 30 seconds in the full sun-arms, hands, feet etc. Not sure whether its the heat or what--but I don't think so because I can now have hot showers and not flush at all.

Being tired is a big trigger and always has been for me.

Oh and yes red wine. Haven't had a glass for about 2 years

Worrying about flushing, makes me flush. I suspect I have a whacked SNS.

And some days I just flush for no reason *shrugs*

Default When do you flush the most?

    Hello
I flush the most from alcohol, followed by hot tubs and going from cold weather to a warm environment. I am most swollen in the mornings, however.
