    Hey Al,
    Good question!
Billy always had a passion for learning and food and a very sophisticated culinary palate as well.
So, whenever he could further his knowledge base he embraced the opportunity to do so. He was a very passionate, creative and intelligent soul with a sensitivity beyond his catdom so to speak.

In other words, he was one hell of a cat

I thought I'd chime in to post a couple links in regards to cat and dog care for anyone thinking of getting a pet. They both link to the Something Awful forums, but the Pet Island subforum is awesome and filled with people who have cared for dogs and cats for years - in other words, breeders, dog handlers, and even a few vets. I hope it's useful to somebody!

Yes...Millie can be a handful sometimes. I have a pear tree in my backyard. She feels that the tree is her personal fruit market. She usually will grab one that has fallen off the tree from rain or gravity, but last week I caught her on her back paws reaching up grabbing one with her mouth. She eats them aggressively and leaves just the stem and the core.

I never was a pet person, but that changed a few years ago. All the pictures on this forum are terrific!

Used to have a dog, a parrot, turtles, and hamsters.
Lately I've been taking care of stray cats that like to hang in front of my house
