Default how do you get rid of puffyness?

my cheeks near my nose alway feel slightly puffy and i hate it. The skin feels ultra smooth because of it and now i can always 'see' my cheeks when i look down.

How can i get them back to being tight and firm?

You could consider taking a 'quercetin/bromelain' combination supplement.
A few of us including Queta and myself have successfully taken this to reduce facial edema.

Additionally, you could supplement with high doses of vitamin D3.

There are threads covering both of these topics in the topical section.

I know what you mean about being able to look down and see your cheeks.
Made me feel like I had been living with Alvin and the Chipmunks and stuffing my cheeks with nuts!

I am happy to say after a year plus battle with this, it has greatly reduced now. Most days I don't have swelling at all, ... unless something happens.
    Previous Numerous IPL.

Treating for gut dysbiosis.(This is helping).
Previous GAPS diet. Have now introduced lots of fibre.
