    Default night flushing

    Hello everyone, I feel so depressed at night after the dinner.
    I have been taking omega 3 for three weeks and found great releif with it but since then I have badly flushing jsut before dinner. Does someone have an advice ? please I really need to find something because I started University this year and I am in a college and I have to be in contact with other fellows 24 hours a day.

    Follow the warm room flush theory. I am at work so I can't search the threads for you. It has really helped me tremendously with flushing, cutting out night flushing completely.

    thank you for responding but I tried this a couple of month ago and the thing is that you cannot avoid cold temperature all the time.

    Clonidine has helped me a lot with this. I take one dose close to dinner time and it has really reduced the night flushing, which is worse for me at the moment because it is winter time here.

    Worth a shot. It has been the thing that has helped me the most with flushing.

    I don't know why but taking a high quantity of omega 3 was one of the cause of this night flushing. Anyway thx again valby I will try it so that I can see if it zorks for me
