    Default What's your skin care regimine after ipl,rf or laser damage?

    After skin damage myself I am wondering what you do to heal or try to heal your skin after damage?? Vitamins...creams???

    some times avoiding all the lotions scrubs etc helps more, but depending on how bad things are
    What kind of damage are u talking about?

    I am not sure what really to suggest. As you have rosacea it is so easy to upset that by using a cream or lotion. I would suggest trying vitamin D3 tablets as they can improve the condition of the skin. When I was at hammersmith hospital happened to come across a leaflet by SkinMed on a product called Terproline.

    I dont know how good it would be for rosaceans though.
