    Hi Pete,

I played college football too. Inside Linebacker. Anyway, I always wait 7-10 days after IPL before getting back into my workout. My last DR said 5 days is ok but I wanted to be safe.

    good luck..
    take care,

    John

My derm said I could do an aerobic workout as long as I minimize my flushing during it but that I cannot lift weights for a week or so. I have had a number of VBeams and I always resume my workout the next day without any ill effect. I workout at home though so I have the advantage of keeping my environment cool enough to minimize the chance of flushing.

I would think walking and even running is OK as long as you do not flush while doing it. However, if you are a big flusher re exercise I would keep the workouts light so you do not flush while recovering from the treatment.

    Best wishes,
    Melissa

    Default hey

honestly the least u do the better

Dont worry ive been doing weights for years as long as u keep ur portein intake up u can go ten days easy without losing any grunt,

It kind of depends on how big the ipl treatment is to really,

some times when u flush alot after ipl it can worsen the whole thing so for at least 5 days stay away from doing weights
