I am not in the USA, but I wondered if Dr Weiss might be worth consulting.
He trained my IPL doctor years ago and at the time was well respected. If he has kept up to date in the field, he ought to be a good option.

I spoke to him on the phone when I was looking for an IPL doctor. He was accessible and most helpful.
That was years ago though, so who knows what he is like now.

Still it is worth a go. At least he has been around a long time and actually has a good understanding of rosacea. Not common amid the medical profession as you have sadly discovered. ( Let's hope he hasnt moved on to other areas of interest).

I see they have a Lumenis One IPL, Gemini, Gente Waves, and V-Beam.
    Previous Numerous IPL.
Supplements: Niacinamide, Vit K2, low D3, Vit A. Moderate Dose Vit C, Iodine, Taurine, Magnesium. Very low dose B's. Low dose zinc (to correct deficiency).
Skin Care: No Cleanser, ZZ cream mixed with Niacinamide gel 4% and LMW HA 2%, ethyl ascorbate 2%.

Treating for gut dysbiosis.(This is helping).
Previous GAPS diet. Have now introduced lots of fibre.
Fermented Foods. Intermittent fasting -16-18 hours.
Oral Colostrum. Helps reduce food reactions.
