Do a search Redwood, lot's has been posted on LEDMAN, including a thread dedicated to a custom unit I had done by him.

    I think he's great, RedWood.

His units do put out heat faster than some others, but they are very well made and his prices are excellent.

I wish you the best with this!

I can't recommend him enough. I have bought two units from him and he is very quick to help out with any issues. Very honest and trustworthy guy aswell.

Hate to rain on the parade but I ordered a hand held one....has like 96 red LED's on it....I can't use it at all....it's SO BRIGHT....BLINDING BRIGHT....and the heat is sooo intense....even if it's 20ft from me I can't take the blinding light....my husband and I couldn't figure out why his LED's are soo intense yet this other unit I have the LED's aren't bright like that and when it's on you can clearly see that they are RED....with Ledman's they are so blinding and intense that they appear white yet my husband assured me they are RED....I wasted $100 on this and still have nothing to use.....it gave me a headache just trying to test it out...which lasted for only a few min's...I put in a drawer and haven't taken it out since!

I understand very little on LED's but there is an intensity difference in them for sure....which just makes buying anything more confusing.

Lookout... I don't see the problem with them being so bright. That is generally a good thing. Wear goggles.

Even with googles it's too bright and I disagree the over brightness is a huge problem....it gives off intense heat.

But I will sell you mine since this isn't a problem for you....I can beat his price of $100....I'd sell it for $50....let me know.
