    Default what if you stop?

After you achieve results, what happens if you stop using the light device? Has anyone tried this?

These last few months I have been using RLT for perhaps 2 or 3 x 20 mins sessions a week.

Prior to that I was perhaps having 10 or so sessions a week.

I have noticed a deterioration: a little more redness; increased tendency to flush; more inflammation.

It is certainly better than before. Many have found - after many months/years of perhaps daily use - that they can maintain improvements with much diminished usage.

My diet is perhaps too chocolatey (inflammatory) to permit a massive reduction in use.
