Default Melissa's LED Array formerly known as RLT choices

Greg made me an RLT device based on IowaDavid's instructions. Thanks David!!!

It is very powerful compared to what I had been using.

Here are the only stats I know and Greg used IowaDavid's instructions.

My array is made up of 4 panels each with 7 LED's per row with 24 rows each with 22 ohm resistors and a 13.8 volt power supply.

    Here are some pictures.

Hey, that's great Melissa! Your Greg is a man of many talents, indeed! Pretty cool that he set it up like a commercial unit. Did he make the base himself?

P.S. I moved this into it's own thread. You can rename it is you like.

    Thanks guys.

Jen, I took the DPL base because I wasn't using it anymore and asked Greg to make it to that as I find that is the best in covering my whole face and ears.

But we owe all our thanks to IowaDavid who sent the info via email so Greg could build it. It is almost exactly like his except his are 6 panels 21 rows 7 across and mine is 4 panels 24 rows 7 across.

David made up 6 panels for me. I found that when it was mounted on the wall, it covered my face better, lengthwise. Well, so my Greg told me (I couldn't see myself).

    All good!

I find that when I sit at the dining room table the array covers my whole face and ears. I prefer to do it sitting vs laying down so this works for me. Whatever way will motivate you to use it is the best way right

You do have an impressive array for sure.
I wish we could get more research into this area but for now anecdotal is pretty good.

Nicely done! Excellent workmanship, and it's great that the DPL unit was good for something after all, even it is just for the stand.

I hope this works for you Melissa.
