Just back here again after about four months. You'll see my pics on about Page 8 of this thread. I did try the Bicarb solution thing and it did work - to a point. It made me think that there was something on my face I needed to kill or get rid of in some way. ThatGuy mentions fungus, but I think it's mites.

I'd never heard of demodex mites until I stumbled on this forum. Then I found Demodex Solutions, so I've been using zz cream and xmfl cream for all this time. It's been bloody brilliant! Yipppeee!

I think someone's suggested it already, but perhaps it is possible that the bicard is killing mites off...but not as effectively as zz?

I don't know if it kills mites, or fungus, or what. But I'm pretty sure that it helps inflammation on some basic level. I used it recently to treat sunburn on my face, and it worked very well.

If you don't get any effect immediately, it probably won't be beneficial for you.

Where can we get Topical sodium bicarbonate..??? I'm using Metro Gel (Cream 0.75%) and Nizoral Shampoo (ketocanazenole 2%) The Metro Gel seems to work the best and the cream seems to be working better than the Gel....FYI Thanks for the help on where to get "Topical sodium bicarbonate"

Well it's just baking soda from the grocery store

But if Metro cream is working for you, I don't think I'd try the baking soda... it was just a crazy experiment of mine.
