Default Added benefits of red light?

    hey there,

So i heard that the benefits add up for red light... does this mean that if one unit has half as less energy outpout than another unit, it would take twice as long for the half energy to give the same "benefit" as the strong unit?

    Hi historybook,

    That's a good question.
I think it probably depends on the individual's reaction. That is, if you have very sensitive skin you may not be able to handle a high powered red light but may do better with longer more gentle doses that you build up to gradually timewise. It's sort of like working out. Some people do better with shorter intense workouts and some people can't handle that and do better with longer less intense workouts. They both derive cardiovascular benefits but at their own pace.

Anyway, this is just a guess on my part. Maybe someone else has a more experienced answer.

    Best wishes,
    Melissa
