Default Red/Blue light for Seb derm?

    Hello there,

I know people have reported benefits to their rosacea with red light, but would red and/or blue light be beneficial to seb derm at all? I think UV light is required to effect the reproduction of the yeast in seb derm. Would blue light kill bacteria and give more "room" to the seb derm causing yeast?

Any knowledge or ideas on this?
