Wondering if it would be worth considering.

    Opinions please.

Here are the ingredients to the Murad Redness Therapy Recovery Treatment Gel:

-Azelaic Acid: Improves hydration and calms flushed skin.
-Goji Berry Extract: Super hydrates and rejuvenates dry, flaky skin.
-Zinc Oxide and Peppermint Leaf Extract: Soothes and helps reduce stinging and sensitivity.
Azelaic Acid can help with P+P.

    Peppermint can irritate rosacea skin.

Since we are all so different, I would say that 1/3 of us would tolerate it, 1/3 of us would find that it does nothing and 1/3 of us would react to it.

Even if an ingredient is known to cause irritation some folks find it doesn't, and the same with things that should soothe, some find they irritate.

If you decide to try it, let us know how you made out.

    Best wishes,
    TP

Azelaic acid is a serious redness inducer in me. Depends on concentration and the particular skin though. Peppermint extract is a well known trigger.

Please understand that most creams out there that claim to reduce redness, simply do NOT work. Also most cosmetics companies don't make any sense in their formulations. They are more interested in how the product smells than producing a simple effective hypoallergenic moisturizer. Murad is an example, adding peppermint to something that has to treat redness supposedly, what was he thinking ....... ?
