    Default Essential Oils and SD

I've often read that oils such as jojoba and borage oil can benifit SD/rosacea. However, I've also read that it can irritate/redden skin.
Have people found them to help or hinder?

    My favorite oil is calendula.

In the winter, it's tough to use because it aggravates the SD on my chin. But if I keep the oil away from my chin, then it's fine.

I've found calendula to be great for diffuse redness. It's quite the anti-inflammatory.

I found jojoba oil extremely effective for dealing with flakes and redness. But if I use it long term i.e. every day for 2 weeks or more, then it does eventually irritate my skin - which is why I don't really use it anymore (also because I don't have any left!)
