Default Horrible for my skin: Humidity

With the warm months apon us, I have noticed that one thing to add to my list: humidity.

Not only does my skin seem to become redder, but I also get a dryer, tight feeling..

Some of my most miserable moments was having to sit in a no air conditioned room for 3 hours straight on a 90 degree plus high humidity day.

That was a rough one physically and mentally : /

    3 hours!

I can barely be in hot humid conditions (waiting for the subway)
for more than 2 minutes without becoming unbearably flushed and uncomfortable.

Here's to the cooler drier autumn days (before the assault of the indoor heating starts)!

    Best wishes,
    Melissa
