    Default RLT - my progress

So I took the plunge and bought a two-headed all-red acnelamp. I received it yesterday after paying a hefty 57 tax surcharge.

Anyway, I've had a bit of a go with it and all seems good. My face is deffinitely paler straight after using it. It's a shame it doesn't stay that way for a bit longer. With more use I'm hoping that will be the case. Is that what others have found?

So I'm very happy with it so far. Quality build, certainly an eye-catching design.

    Hi Steve,

Does the 2 headed acne lamp cover your whole face?
I have heard of the 3 headed lamp but maybe I got that all wrong :?

Sounds like the title of a bad horror flick

I will be following this thread with great interest as I am seriously considering RLT for my flushing/burning.

    Good luck with this!!

    Best wishes,
    Melissa

    Hi Melissa.

It doesn't cover my forehead. I only flush around my upper cheek area. I think you'd need a three head lamp to cover your whole face.

This is what I have found, it seems to calm things nicely and the effects are cumulative. I wish you excellent success with this!

For the benefit of those considering trying RLT I thought I'd let you know that I'm very happy with the treatment so far.

    That is great news Steve!
Could you elaborate on the details?

    Has it helped your
    burning?
    flushing?
    redness?
    p&p's?

How often do you use the RLT?

    Best wishes,
    Melissa

Flushing and burning have been reduced. For example, last summer when I used to go running and it was scorching hot outside, my face would be burning red for quite a while afterwards. Now it's so much better. My skin just seems less prone to flushing and just looks so much better, I keep admiring my complexion in the mirror lol ;). I don't suffer from p&p's, just flushing when exposed to certain triggers.
