    Default Aujus sauce

    it's the french dip sauce....

i've been making it from a mix and just add water and heat it up.

i've been eating a lot of these lately here and there because i'm addicted to them... put steak on bread and go for a dip.

seems that the sauce may be a mild trigger to my face... actualy am nearly very sure of it.

    anyone else?

in the ingrediants.. i see a few different gluten things going on... could that be it?

hmmm, Cant really answer that one. When I get a beef sammich, I go all out, for those who live in the chicago area its know as a quacker, I have no idea why. Beef on garlic bread with mozzerella cheese, natural (au jous) gravy, and I got hot peppers on mine. It always broke me out, or did something bad to my face, but from that combination, it could have been anything! Wow am I hungry now!

Around here in the Buffalo area, they are called "beef on weck" Which is beef on kimmelweck roll,[ a crusty roll with that chunky salt and I think fennel seeds on it.] Gotta have the auj jous for sure. So far I don't have a problem with them.
The instant mixes probably have plenty of preservatives, and who knows what else that might be setting you off.

    Ok now I'm hungry too...
