Default Dissapointed in Cold Light Red/Blue

I'm on my 8th week of cold light. Cheeks have improved, they aren't the red angry bastards they normally are, but my forhead is still bumpy.

Did you stop all the topicals while on the light therapy or you continue as usual?

Do you have true acne or papules and pustules? Blue light may be aggravating your rosacea and slowing down the effects of treatment. And you've got to give the treatment time--it's not an overnight cure. GL.

Toleraine Soothing Light Facial Fluid for moisturizer. I don't use a special cleanser. Clonidine daily; klonopin sometimes.
BEST and CURRENT TREATMENT I use: Low-Level Red Light Therapy LED array.
Please feel free to PM me with your low-level red light therapy (LLRLT) questions. I'm happy to help if I can.
