Oregano oil has been discussed in the oral section:

Seems alot of people are having benefit. Not sure about those with seb derm though.

I sometimes think whether seb derm is in fact a bigger 'beast' than rosacea is!

I have tried everything know to mankind to kill off this awful yeast overgrowth that us seb derm suffers encounter and yet nothing will work.

The only positive I have ever experienced has been the limited success of kefir and other natural probiotics but essentially the yeast is still on the skin and the inflammation is still ever-present.

I think if we have faulty genes then there isn't much that can be done.

Well said Bradley. I also have tried most of the oral anti fungals, accutane, lemon juice, probiotics, and many topicals (natural/prescription), all to no avail.

Seb derm comes and goes with no good reason, and I still have yet to find a product that can even put a dent in it (or a derm that has a clue about it).

Eat up your spinach, it'll put color in your cheeks.
But I don't want green cheeks!

Have you guys tried Xolegel? I have been using it for over a month now and my seb derm is 98% better. I am hoping that in a couple of weeks it will be completely gone.
