    Default Burning and Stinging

I am new to this group, have had stinging and burning for years, mostly around my mouth area, I use a little cetaphyl cream when I think it feels dry, but I'm not sure if it is dry or oily, but I really wish I could stop the stinging, the wind is my worst culprit, I can't do any outdoor activities. The weather change gets it stinging bad too. Can anyone help me????????????? Thanx in advance, Kathyelaine
