Default Daily wash for Seb Derm and Rosacea?

    Hi,

I know that in America there are a number of sulphur products such as Rosanil, but these dont seem to be available in the UK. Plus, I often hear bad things about them.
I have both SD and rosacea and I'm looking for an 'active' cleansing wash that will work against the scaley build-up of SD and rosacea, or at least not upset rosacea. Is there anything out there what will do the job?

i recently had a bad flare up of sd and t-gel worked great for me. i only use when i shower at night because its flares up the rosacea a little but after 5 or so days the bumpiness and flakiness. Just make sure you leaving in on your face for 3 or so minutes when in the shower. I have also used nizoral and it has worked quite well
