Default apple cider vinager made people feel "cold"

I saw an article about weight loss, people were trying apple cider vinager. Two people said that one negitive side effect was that it made them feel "very cold". Think of the possabilities for warm rooms and warm temps. They were ingesting it not using it as a topical. What do you guys think?

I have been told that vinegar thins the blood. So maybe that is why some people feel cold.

i drank it a few times some years ago and didn't experience this... best i recall. and i've used it for salad dressing mixed with flax seed or olive oil and cayyene (sp) seasoning.

i drank it to help kill bad bacteria in my system.

i've never heard of this being used for weight loss though.

apple cider vinager has some amazing healing properties to it.

has many uses to kill or rid of things.

my fav way is using it to take baths with to rid of negative energy in my auric field. works the best for me with bathing regards.

How much do you put into your bath and how does it help your auric field?

    i put about 1-2 cups...preferably raw organic.
i'm very energy sensitive...i've noticed it makes a big difference to use raw.

how does it help... good question... i don't know exactly. but it's primarly used when your energy is drained especialy if you are depressed or overwhelmed with emotions and more preferably influanced or taken on too much "junk" from others.

there's many various types of baths people can do to help clear the auric field... be it with salts and each kind of salt working differently... to other oils ect. some work better than others depending on the person.

i'm not religious nor believe in religion...to each their own... i'm spiritual...incase i sound like a witch or something...lol.

but what i do is while taking the bath... i focus on all my "negative" energy releasing into the bath water.
usualy i go outside and stand on the grass...
and i focus on my feet chakras and chakras going deep into earth... then ask mother earth to help take away the energy and recyle/heal it - the energies i do without now...

    works like a charm.
not a cure all thing... and this isn't an auric healer for cancer or other things shown in auras. just helps out a lot on a mental and emotional state... therfore helping to prevent other things.

if you have some at home and feel connected to try... go for it!
but like i said... all are different and might not work for you.

Vinegar works great on a sunburn. You smell like a salad (or a nice fattning deli sandwich) for a while, but it really does take the sting out.
