Default raynaud's and red light therapy

I just wondered if any of those scientific types amongst you could tell me if a red light unit could help people with reynaud's. could the lights be shone on the toes and fingers for benefit.

would love to know if anyone has tried this.

Interesting Moomy. I haven't tried it but will think about it next winter when the cold sets in. That's always the worst time for my fingers to 'freeze' (Raynauds). If you do try it, please let us know the outcome.
