    Default Anyone try Vein Away?

Does anyone think this product can help at least diminish the appearance of my broken blood vessels? Is is called wein away, but says that it treats broken capillaries too. Thanks a lot. -Chris

Interesting Chris. I can't see the ingredients listed, or am I missing something?

Ingredients in topicals that address visible capillaries are:

    Horse Chestnut
    Centella asiatica
    Hesperidin
    Vitamin K
    Grape Seed Extract

So, if it has a gentle base and contains any of these it might be good. Some over at skinactives have been able to diminish spider veins by mixing one or a combination of these into their own creams.

Please note: After my experience with EGF, Skinactives submitted a patent on it for rosacea, and graciously included me because of input I provided to them.

    Thanks Artist

That's really interesting. The last thing I will need to do for my face is try to get rid of the spider veins. They don't really bother me that much and I don't want to put laser to my face, so the option of a cream is appealing. I can't really imagine that a cream will work but I will keep these 'actives' in mind when I consider what to do about my spider veins down the track.

    Thanks again

According to sellers on ebay the active ingredients in Skin Doctors Vein Away Plus are :

Phytonadione (vit K1), Aloe Vera gel, fat soluble vit C, allantoin, lavender.

This is the tired vit K hype that all people with spider veins including myself know pretty well does not work.

I've seen a few post that vit K helped capillaries, but nothing overwhelming. I wonder why they don't add other ingredients. There is more than one ingredient that can help caps.
