If it is a die-off reaction Sejon recommended Hibiscrub for 20 seconds before rinsing off, to combat bacterial issues from die-off. If you read the benzyl benzoate thread you might find it there! And...

-one pustule first day, but doubt this is due to demodex (too fast?)
