    the joules mean nothing... you need to know the pulse duration and the spot size also.

    spot size and pulse duration will determine how many joules you can use safely.

    if the pulse duration dosent match the thermal relaxation time of it target it's not going to work.

    It's a rare side effect... so there's not much information available about it...
