there's basically no website / forum for KPRF, nowhere in the Internet. No research (only one or two papers), no people looking for a cure, even most of dermatologists don't know even the...

thank you for the info. Unfortunately it hasn't been released in Europe yet, I was wondering if something similar can be used here. Everything I've seen it's in spray form and not so strong.. best...
Hi David, so you've tried it and it worked.. still using it? curious about effects on long term use as the effect (for Afrin in the case of nose) is supposed to decrease with time.
Thanks for the reply. Nope, it wasn't that. I remember it was not expensive and maybe a famous brand.. "maybe" again, really don't remember ;)
Hi guys,
I remember I've tried a topical cream in the past that made my skin slightly (really slightly) better. It contained retinol or retinoid and it had a green tint. Any idea about which brand...

I've stopped it, probably it did something but I think that it was mainly placebo. The other supplements too didn't seem effective :(
Hey guys,
I'ts just 2 days I'm using it but I'd like to share anyway. I'm on 2700 mg a day (6 pills of 450 mg each as suggested) . I share swingline1 opinion, I don't know if it's placebo but...
Hey guys, I've received the package, I'll keep you updated.
I'll stay with Ashwagandha only for the first period, then I'll probably try alone or in combination the other supplements.
Yep, I'll let you know the results as soon I can try them. I will start with Ashwagandha only at the beginning and after probably I'll try to add the other ones to see if I get better results..
...
Thanks for sharing :)
AWESOME mate! I've ordered Ashwagandha and other supplements too ;) pepcid AC requires a medical prescription in my country, I'll look to look for something similar that doesn't need it..
That's a great news, hope to try it soon :)
One of the worst trigger is the warm room thing, so if it improves also that it's great :)
I'm evaluating what to order but I'll try Ashwagandha for sure.
Ideally I would like to try this...
guys, does this stuff seem working also with warm-room / alcohol flush?
guys, anyway, reducing the flushing/blushing episodes can be a good thing also for the general redness (that should be caused by too many capillaries)
Cheers :)
interesting thread the one you linked :)
Hey mate, do you use this Quercetin as oral supplement right? not as topical one
