Burning red neck and face for days can't calm it down help. Sorry I forgot to say I've seen 2 dermatologists and one says it's erthygenic rosecea the other is saying photodematitis

I have had a red neck and flushing face for 5 months nothing seems to await it I have now been given lymecycline once a day and on day 10 still the same now I have patches like burn marks keep coming...
