I found an additional urea topical for the face. The reviews on both amazon and dermstore are pretty good.

    SkinCeuticals Retexturing Activator (Serum)

    with 25% Hydroxyethyl Urea

    Also contains Hyaluronic Acid

I was on the fence about Eucerins 5% Urea cream because of the lanolin alcohol. Malassezia can metabolize lanolin and although I don’t know if lanolin alcohol is also something. There aren’t that many reviews on amazon.

There’s also the sebamed 5% urea cream which doesn’t have enough reviews.

So tempted to try this but it has a saccharomyces ferment in it, which a lot of ppl with malassezia (especially folliculitis) have issues with - lots of negative anecdotes with products with ferments on reddit and FC's malassezia blog.

But if you try it, please let us know.
