I’ve had my Pfizer (two doses) vaccine and my skin was really calm in the days after both vaccines. The rest of my body experienced side effects but it definitely helped my face in the short term. This suggests to me that my immune system is definitely part of the problem because it seems that when my immune system was busy dealing with the covid vaccine, it didn’t have the time to work with the nerves in my face!!
I really want to take an immunomodulator now-any suggestions?

I remember when I have had flu in the past, my rosacea was always 'quiet', certainly agree with you re immune system.

I just wish that dermatologists would listen to our experiences and join up the dots. They are so rigid in their thinking

Hi there. I had Rosacea. Tbh, I was really scared of it. I think that I’d never been so stressed before that day. I wish it didn’t happen to me. I guess the fact that I was so nervous about it made the matter only worse.

I thought my Nerve Renewal would have never come. And I was lucky to find a guy with the same issue.

So I have neurogenic rosacea, and I originally got the J&J vaccine, with Moderna as the 1st booster and Pfiizer as the 2nd booster. J&J and Moderna had no impact on my rosacea, good or bad. After Pfizer, my face was calm for 2 days (the first time that's happened in a very long time), then on day 3 it went back to the horrible constant flaring/flushing.
