      You're most welcome! I have neuropathic rosacea, so it's extreme nerve pain, I do drink occasionally, a glass of wine or a G & T, but not much at all now. I avoid spicy foods.

          Anything that heats the body up can cause flushing, I ALWAYS wear sunscreen, but the warmth of it no longer causes me issues. Good luck!

                              I’m taking the drops every night but unfortunately no difference. How do you manage to get the liquid to absorb under your tongue rather than it going down your throat? I drop it underneath my tongue but I always find myself swallowing some/ most of it.

                                What dose have you started with? I drop them under my tongue, and just avoid swallowing for a few minutes if you can! I don't eat or drink afterwards, take them last thing at night.
