Thanks Brady
Q. how long does (did) it take for your flare up? You mentioned the brownies, how long after you ate them did you experience the change?
I am having a real bad time at the moment, but I played my first game of golf in 5 years over the weekend in addition to getting back onto the Soolantra, so I have the hope of light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately I flared significantly while playing (WOW in the clubhouse) and now look horrendous across the top of my forehead, this is where the skin is tight and the papules cause extreme pain.
However with my dairy issue, I don't get the flare straight away, I usually find it is next day.
Anyway, thanks again, you certainly are dedicated.
Cheers

I actually ate the brownies later that day! So far I am ok and haven't had a flare. What I had done the previous week was probably six to eight peanut butter cookies (home made) and it usually takes several days before it shows up on my face either as some pustules/pimples along with some erythema what is commonly referred to as a rosacea flareup. Exercise has been on just about any rosacea trigger list you look at. Might want to consider reading this post on exercise.

Another factor from the weekend, the humidity was extreme, we had rain all morning and then the sun came out to a 32 degree C day.......I was sweating harder than a Bali drug smuggler
