    Idiopathic facial aseptic granuloma (IFAG) is a recently described and rare condition. It is considered a form of infantile granulomatous rosacea. IFAG with facial and eyelid nodules is very rare. A description is presented of three cases of IFAG eyelid nodules. They concern healthy children with no history of trauma.
