  • Rosacea newbie - need tips on how to get rid of red

    Hi Guys,

Long time stalker. First time posting.
I am a big fan of this site as it has given me hope.

    My Situation:
Blotchy red on checks Sometimes on nose.
Itchy and irritated skin around nose.
Sometimes my face has a weird tingling sensation.
Little red lumps pop up randomly around my T-Zone.
Random bumps under my skin that aren’t pimples. (doctor described it as a blister)
I am 22 and female and before these occurrences I had perfect skin and complexion.

I have visited my doctor multiple times regarding these issues and he has not helped.
I have tried the anti-biotics but they made no improvement.
I don’t know if this is relevant but he changed my contraceptive pill to Ginnet and a week later I had my first flare up (redness on cheecks)

He has recently given me Metronidazole.
Does anyone have positive feedback on this topical treatment or any other treatment I could try for this?

Also, has anyone tried the Nu-Stock therapy I have read about on here?
Another question: What does TTO stand for?

Any input will be greatly appreciated 😊

        Anytime.

If I had to pick 2 things from the 7-item list in the article to start with, it would be #1 finding triggers and #2 red light therapy. Those 2 things, hands down, made the biggest impact for me personally. Next to those, though, would have to be be my raw honey face wash and aloe vera gel moisturizer.... soooo soothing!

        Wishing you all the best!!!!

What brand of aloe Vera gel do you use? I've been trying honevo red honey mask and so far it has been soothing [emoji846] I just want the burning and irritated feeling to go away!

I totally understand. Rosacea can be incredibly unpredictable and frustrating.

            I use this brand:
