    Wow. What a great suggestion. I can't
Wait to try this. Thank you.

I have posted a few times of tongue
    Involvement and mouth. I'm taking
Now for several weeks msm, high
Dose ester vitamin C, and lysine. It
Is helping. Not curing. But sores
In mouth are not reappearing any
More with a flare or flush.

Baking soda and sea salt rinses help
After eating. Also, ' gargle' with
    Coconut oil 3 x a day for 5 minutes.
Similar to oil pulling for dental health.

It is in my opinion related to rosacea
    Absolutely. My tongue symptoms
    Came directly after rosacea started.

Stress even good physical stress can
Bring on a bad flare to my tongue. Ugh
    I know.

I have read a lot about this and seen
3 ENT Drs. My conclusion is: they
Know nothing don't waste your $$
On an appt. if you are in US they
    Will prescribe something called
Magic mouthwash. I make my own:
Teaspoon of baking soda, splash of distilled
Water, splash of Benadryl. Go easy
On Benadryl. It will affect you just
As if you swallowed it. I gargle that
Mixture for 5 min sometimes and
    The burn and pain eases.

    Common DX among DRs: geographic
    Tongue, bacterial build up, burning
    Tongue syndrome. These are valid
    Diagnosisis for many people. But
The connection to rosacea in my
    Experience has been disregarded.

    And my experience is subjective
For sure. I know it is connected
To the reaction of the nerves in
My skin, my ears, my scalp, my neck
And chest. I believe there are
    Damaged nerves. Many reasons
    Too long to post.

Thank you for simple idea solution.
    Will try today. Birdie

My dentist sells this fabulous toothpaste that has no alcohol and all natural ingredients with Xylitol base..it is soothing and great and no chemicals like all counter toothpastes sell.
