  • Help needed! Constant swelling

Hi all. I'm a 30 year old male. I was curious if anyone else here deals with constant inflamed and swollen red skin in tzone. My left and right temples usually stay calm, red but calm and my overall facial skin is usually blotchy red. This all started a little over 3 months ago and my face kind of went from 0 to 60 really fast. I have, it seems like all 4 stages of this disease with bothersome eyes as well. I used to be able to conceal it but now that's not an option. If anyone give some useful tips on how to reduce swelling I'd sure appreciate it.

Hi, You might search around on the forum. There have been some folks over the years who've found help with various remedies. I pulled a couple of threads. But there are more. I can vouch for both quercetin and antihistamines. I take one or the other but for my flushing.and redness. I don't have swelling. But Queta, mentioned in these threads, has benefited from these supplements. Hope these helps!

Have you had your eyes checked? Ask your ophthalmologist if there is any possibility that you have demodex blefaritis. If this is the case, then anti-demodex remedies would be of great help.
