When I say inability to sweat, I do get a little sweat underneath my armpits and down my back. But in my entire adult life I've never seen a drop of sweat come off my face before. Even if it's summer in 80 degree heat and i've been walking for 3 hours. I'm not sure if this is a thyroid related issue or what, but since sweat is human biology's way of cooling your body, my face gets overheated much easier than others.

I gotta say, the human body's complexity never ceases to amaze. I'm no expert, but you're right, sweating is our natural cooling system, and when that's not playing by the rules, it can make things seriously heated, especially in the summertime. I wonder if this could be connected to your thyroid in some way, but it's definitely something worth chatting about with a medical pro for a proper diagnosis
