  • very new treatment for severe rosacea

hi! I just read the very interesting article on dermatology times: https://www.dermatologytimes.com/vie...rates-efficacy
it is about a new cream which shows some really impressing results in the first study.
its a cream with the "Novel inhibitor of the 26S proteasome".
What do you guys think? I would really love to hear.

It's always great to hear of novel treatments for rosacea. Crossing my fingers that this will end up being helpful for flushing as well, though it seems mainly focused on type 2.

      Looks interesting! Thanks for sharing.

I feel like most of the upcoming treatments I've read about lately are just rebadged versions of existing drugs (making 'foam' versions seems to be in vogue at the moment) so it's exciting to see a new approach being tried – and in particular one that doesn't involve antibiotics or vasoconstrictors.

As always it takes a long time for these products to reach the market, if they ever do, but it still gives me a little boost when I see articles like this. I hope one day getting rid of rosacea symptoms will be as simple as buying an over the counter cream.
