Extremely soothing and light!
Have used this now for a few days in combination with other good skin™ All Calm products with great results. I really like the thin consistency -- not greasy at all -- especially since there is no SPF and I have included the good skin™ sunscreen as an additional step in the morning. It seems to cushion my skin, providing it some added beauty treatment as well as calming and reducing redness. I have been extremely sensitive to all skin care products recently and even though in the middle of a tough breakout time this is very soothing and non-irritating. I hope to continue great progress with this skin care line!

Oil Free
I have to use 'oil free' products on my face. It does not list 'oil free' on label, so I went to good skin's website (www.goodskindermcare.com) and sent an e-mail asking if good skin All Calm Moisture lotion is 'oil free'. I received a response indicating it is oil free. So if you are looking of a good, mild, light and oil free lotion for red or irritated skin, I highly reccomend it!

I finally found relief!
I just started using good skin for red skin and the toner and moisterizer and other all calm products from good skin seem to be a big relief on my super red face. I have severe rosacea on my left side of face. I have tried everything, origins burns, clinique no way, nothing at all helped, the eucerin for red skin or the other brands just made it worse, and this seems to be the only product that does not make me feel more red than I already am on my skin. I highly recommnend all of the good skin all calm products. It does calm your red skin and makes it feel nice and soothing!

Simply the best
The best moisturizer that I have tried. Skin is less red, smoother, and doesn't flush as often. This and other good skin products have been worth the price.

Best I have used so far
My old stuff got discontinued. I was using some cheap stuff from Avon that actually worked. I tried and tried to find something after that went away. I was going through this list and found Good Skin All Calm and found out I could get it at Kohls locally. I ran up there and bought some and within two days my face is no longer red. I love this stuff. I bought the face wash with it. When used together they work great.

Worked Great!!
I usually stick to using soap on my face and that is it. Anything else will give me a break out and/or make my rosacea worse. This winter (live in mid-west), my rosacea flared up and was not getting any better. Just getting worse. Even with prescription topical medicine. I knew the winter dryness was not helping matters. I found this site and read the reviews for the Good Skin All Calm lotion. I figured I would give it a try. I went out and bought it that night. I noticed it working almost right away. I have not broken out at all (risk number one). And, it immediately soothed the itching and dryness from the rosacea. After about a week I noticed the red going away. This is the second week of use and my flare up has almost disappeared. I am so impressed by this lotion I think I will try some of the other Good Skin products. As I'm sure all you fellow rosacea sufferers can attest, a good working product is SOOOOOO hard to find!

Rosacea Subtypes
Subtype 1: Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea
characterized by flushing and persistent redness, and may also include visible blood vessels.
Subtype 2: Papulopustular rosacea
characterized by persistent redness with transient bumps and pimples.
Subtype 3: Phymatous rosacea
characterized by skin thickening, often resulting in an enlargement of the nose from excess tissue.
Subtype 4: Ocular rosacea
characterized by ocular manifestations such as dry eye, tearing and burning, swollen eyelids,
recurrent styes and potential vision loss from corneal damage.
Rosacea Stages
Pre-Rosacea
the first cardinal sign of rosacea: blood vessels dilate to more stimuli, open wider and stay open for longer periods of time compared to normal
persons. No visible damage can normally be seen.
Mild Rosacea
begins when the facial redness induced by flushing persists for an abnormal length of time - usually 1/2 an hour or more after a trigger. Those who
have frequent pre-rosacea flushing are highly susceptible to progressing to mild rosacea. Some of the common triggers for a facial flush are heat,
cold, emotions, exercise, topical irritants and allergic reactions.
Moderate Rosacea
as facial flushing becomes more frequent and intense, vascular damage occurs. This can result in long lasting redness, swelling and inflammatory
papules and pustules. Telangiectasia (damaged micro blood vessels, often visible on the surface of the skin) may be noticed in the areas where
flushing is worst.
Severe Rosacaea
characterised by intense bouts of facial flushing, severe inflammation, facial pain, swelling and burning sensations. Sufferers may develop
intolerance to products they were able to use before. Also inflammatory papules, pustules and nodules may be present. Some experience a bulbous
enlargement of the nose, known as rhinophyma. This is just a guide, you may of course experience symptoms outside these ranges.
