Extremely soothing and light!
Have used this now for a few days in combination with other good skin™ All Calm products with great results. I really like the thin consistency -- not greasy at all -- especially since there is no SPF and I have included the good skin™ sunscreen as an additional step in the morning. It seems to cushion my skin, providing it some added beauty treatment as well as calming and reducing redness. I have been extremely sensitive to all skin care products recently and even though in the middle of a tough breakout time this is very soothing and non-irritating. I hope to continue great progress with this skin care line!

Oil Free
I have to use 'oil free' products on my face. It does not list 'oil free' on label, so I went to good skin's website (www.goodskindermcare.com) and sent an e-mail asking if good skin All Calm Moisture lotion is 'oil free'. I received a response indicating it is oil free. So if you are looking of a good, mild, light and oil free lotion for red or irritated skin, I highly reccomend it!

I finally found relief!
I just started using good skin for red skin and the toner and moisterizer and other all calm products from good skin seem to be a big relief on my super red face. I have severe rosacea on my left side of face. I have tried everything, origins burns, clinique no way, nothing at all helped, the eucerin for red skin or the other brands just made it worse, and this seems to be the only product that does not make me feel more red than I already am on my skin. I highly recommnend all of the good skin all calm products. It does calm your red skin and makes it feel nice and soothing!

Simply the best
The best moisturizer that I have tried. Skin is less red, smoother, and doesn't flush as often. This and other good skin products have been worth the price.

Best I have used so far
My old stuff got discontinued. I was using some cheap stuff from Avon that actually worked. I tried and tried to find something after that went away. I was going through this list and found Good Skin All Calm and found out I could get it at Kohls locally. I ran up there and bought some and within two days my face is no longer red. I love this stuff. I bought the face wash with it. When used together they work great.

Worked Great!!
I usually stick to using soap on my face and that is it. Anything else will give me a break out and/or make my rosacea worse. This winter (live in mid-west), my rosacea flared up and was not getting any better. Just getting worse. Even with prescription topical medicine. I knew the winter dryness was not helping matters. I found this site and read the reviews for the Good Skin All Calm lotion. I figured I would give it a try. I went out and bought it that night. I noticed it working almost right away. I have not broken out at all (risk number one). And, it immediately soothed the itching and dryness from the rosacea. After about a week I noticed the red going away. This is the second week of use and my flare up has almost disappeared. I am so impressed by this lotion I think I will try some of the other Good Skin products. As I'm sure all you fellow rosacea sufferers can attest, a good working product is SOOOOOO hard to find!

Love it! Makes my skin feel very soothed and cool. I just started using these Good Skin All Calm products, and I am very impressed. I would have never thought to go to Kohl's to find my miracle products! Anyone with rosacea should give this line a try.

GET THIS NOW!!
I developed a very mild case of rosacea after I finished my Accutane course. This product along with the cleanser and sun block significantly reduced the redness so much right after application. Don't think; just go Kohl's and buy this NOW!

Not Very impressed
Unfortunately this is the second Good Skin product which has let me down (the cleanser). At first I seemed calm on the outside but after a couple days, I think it was making me more sensitive. It gave me cysts and I haven't had that kind of acne in awhile. My biggest disappointment though was how it was an "oily yet dry" moisturizer. It's hard to describe but it almost didn't seem like it was delivering much water to my skin while it left a kind of a chalky, greasy-ish film. Not good for my seb derm...I still gave it a 3 though b/c for people who struggle to find a tolerable moisturizer, it may be ok.

didn't do a thing for me
I tried this for about 3 weeks, and it didn't do a thing for me. I have moderate rosacea, and this is just too mild. It may work great for very mild rosacea, and 20-something skin.

Excellent product
I have sensitive skin which started to flush on the use of retinol. This lotion is the only product i have tried which actually does what it is meant to (and I have tried loads of expensive products targetted at rosacea/senstitive skin). It calms the skin and feels wonderfully cool and it does not exaccerbate redness/flushing. Looking through the list of ingredients it doesn't contain any well known irritants and has lots of anti-irritants. I would definately give this a try if you have tried other products and failed. I almost feel slightly panicked that superdrug might stop stocking this at some point!

Very good
Started using this product a couple days ago. I purchased the starter kit and noticed immediate results. No burning or severe redness when I washed and moisturized. Today (day 3), I noticed that my face appears to be healing. I have tried a lot of different products and eventually they all stop working. Creme de la mer is my favorite, but it's not in my budget right now. I tend to have combination/dry skin in the spring/winter months and combination/oily in the summer/fall. I'm interested in seeing how these products work in the summer months. I've found The Body Shop tea tree oil works well on the chin/outbreak areas. Some have commented about the smell of the All Calm products. Kohl's must have changed that because I smell nothing unpleasant. I've also noticed the All Calm cleanser tends to have a residue that may cause a problem in the summer months, however I like Cetaphil sensitive skin bar as it cleans without irritation. Overall.....who would have thought Kohl's would have great skin products. Highly recommend.

The Best
After seeing the good reviews here for this product, I had to try it. We rushed to the local Kohl's and bought the trial kit.
Immediately upon using my skin felt calmer and looked so much better. I suffer from a pretty bad case of Rosacea on my forhead, and some on my cheeks. Within the week we were back at the store and I purchased the full size Moisture Cream which is fantastic, the cleanser which I use only when I have to remove make up, and the lotion. All our excellent and do as promised, which is a rare find in my book! I am grateful for those who recommended this line and am adding my good experience to encourage others to give these products a good try. I am glad I found this site.

Good skin Range
After being mild rocacea sufferer for past 12 months and after what seems like trials of 100 products I came across Good Skin moisturiser for red/irritated skin which appears to help enormously. Easily absorbed and is cooling on the skin. Considered inexpensive and surprisingly easily accessible in Superdrug stores all over UK, Wish it had built in SPF, and is only reason I haven't scored a 5 here, but looking forward to trialling facial cleanser.

Follow up post
I previously posted that this was a miracle find. It was at first. I've been using it for a couple months and it has slowly dried the rosacea spots out. The good part is that there is no burning or pain when you use the product. So I have a very burned up patch on both cheeks but it's not hurting. So I'm back on the hunt for a good non-drying, non-oily moisturizer. The sunscreen is still good as it doesn't sting when you put it on.

No greasy residue
I use this in combo with the Good Skin All Clean Cleanser and it has done wonders for my skin. I have normal to oily skin and have had so many problems finding a moisturizer that doesn't contribute to the shiny look- this is it! It's really gentle with just the right amount of moisture. It leaves no greasy residue on my hands and it absorbs into my skin immediately. It also smells refreshing not perfume-like - I think from the extracts.

Rosacea Subtypes
Subtype 1: Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea
characterized by flushing and persistent redness, and may also include visible blood vessels.
Subtype 2: Papulopustular rosacea
characterized by persistent redness with transient bumps and pimples.
Subtype 3: Phymatous rosacea
characterized by skin thickening, often resulting in an enlargement of the nose from excess tissue.
Subtype 4: Ocular rosacea
characterized by ocular manifestations such as dry eye, tearing and burning, swollen eyelids,
recurrent styes and potential vision loss from corneal damage.
Rosacea Stages
Pre-Rosacea
the first cardinal sign of rosacea: blood vessels dilate to more stimuli, open wider and stay open for longer periods of time compared to normal
persons. No visible damage can normally be seen.
Mild Rosacea
begins when the facial redness induced by flushing persists for an abnormal length of time - usually 1/2 an hour or more after a trigger. Those who
have frequent pre-rosacea flushing are highly susceptible to progressing to mild rosacea. Some of the common triggers for a facial flush are heat,
cold, emotions, exercise, topical irritants and allergic reactions.
Moderate Rosacea
as facial flushing becomes more frequent and intense, vascular damage occurs. This can result in long lasting redness, swelling and inflammatory
papules and pustules. Telangiectasia (damaged micro blood vessels, often visible on the surface of the skin) may be noticed in the areas where
flushing is worst.
Severe Rosacaea
characterised by intense bouts of facial flushing, severe inflammation, facial pain, swelling and burning sensations. Sufferers may develop
intolerance to products they were able to use before. Also inflammatory papules, pustules and nodules may be present. Some experience a bulbous
enlargement of the nose, known as rhinophyma. This is just a guide, you may of course experience symptoms outside these ranges.
