Gentle and effective cleansing Have used this now for a few days in combination with other good skin™ All Calm products with great results. I was taken aback by its thin consistency, but it really does a good job of removing my makeup, including around my eyes with no burning. It seems to cushion my skin, providing it some added beauty treatment as well as calming and reducing redness. I have been extremely sensitive to all skin care products recently and even though in the middle of a tough breakout time this is very soothing, non-irritating and provides a thorough but gentle cleansing. All good skin Products I use several different good skin products. I found them to be superior to other national brands bought at the drugstore. I use the 'acne prone skin' products, as well the 'oily skin products'. I use the 'oily skin' products in the morning, and the 'acne prone skin' products in the evening, as well as the 'red/irritated skin' products for the rosasea. The combination of the products, different times of the day has been very helpful. Has been my miracle product I have tried about $800.00 in skin care products in the last 6 months since diganosed with rosacea. I have been miserable literally in tears. Nothing worked......TILL NOW. I read about this product on this website. I drove to my nearest Kohls which is an hour away to just to purchase The Good Skin proudcts. As soon as I got home I used them. I love it!!! After using Basis for senstive skin for about 8 years, I tried this cleanser last Nov. I am getting vbeam lazer treatments and taking oracea antibiotics 3x a week so my skin is dryer and more sensitive. This is a very gentle cleanser and removes my make up well. I thank my lucky stars I bought this sample at Kohl's and plan to use it well into the future. I've also tried the moisture cream, but I'm not a big fan of creams, so I just put a drop of Jojaba Oil on my face and then Aloe Vera. I really wanted to like it.. I had high hopes for this based on the reviews I read here, but I had several issues with this cleanser...The ingredient list was a mile long & gave me too much to react to, which I did :. On a warm day it made my face much more sensitive & even painful to tepid rooms...It felt like it left a heavy film on my face, I didn't feel clean, & it broke me out. Excellent! I have spent so much money on finding the least irritating and best products for skin with rosacea. I randomly came across the Good Skin line at Kohl's and was completely surprised. It is amazing. Just after the first day of use with the Calming Cleanser, there was a positively noticeable difference. So much so, I ran back to Kohl's and purchased the moisturizer, sunblock, and toner from the sensitive skin line of Good Skin. My skin is calmer, plumper, healthier, and smoother. Good Results This stuff is amazing. My face looks like brand new after only two weeks. Oddly the first time I used it it didnt help at all. But there are many variables in the skin equation and I dont think the cleanser was the actual culprit. Good results after 2 weeks I have moderate rosacea. Since I was diagnosed about 5 years ago, I've managed to keep it under control but haven't been able to use any cleanser on my skin. Not that great I bought this product based on the reviews I read here. Boy, was I wrong. The really thin consistancy of the product did not take all my makeup off. In addition, it did nothing to reduce the redness of my cheeks and chin. It actually dried my skin out. wonderful I have had a significant outbreak of my rosacea for almost 2 months. The Metro lotion from the doctor was doing nothing. The dryness, redness, and pimples were making me so self-conscious! I started with the good skin all calm products only 4 days ago and the results are dramatic. I can't say enough about these wonderful products- the cleanser, tonic and the moisturizer. They also have a green tinted concealer that really helps hide the redness. It is a little thick but I just use a small amount and spread it with a small makeup brush. excellent cleanser I went and bought this cleanser at Kohls friday. I tried the Cerave cleanser and lotion 3 days before I purchased the Good Skin. The Cerave really hurt my red blistery looking rosacea. I was hoping it worked but just made it so much worse and felt like it was burning my skin. The goodskin is the only one I have been able to use without any irriation to my red face. It feels soothing helps with redness. I bought the moisturizing lotion and calming cream all are calming goodskin products. It is the only product I can use on my extremely red face. I have very sensitive skin everything else would just burn and make it worse. I had tried origins,avon, rosac cream from the dermatologists all made it worse just about anything hurts my skin. Maybe for Winter care I tried this product and the whole line of Good Skin All Calm products in a starter kit. Following my first use of the cleanser, I could tell that it was not for me. It did not feel like it rinsed off and left a bit of a film behind. This may be good during the winter months for a little added moisture, but not for me in hot July. It actually triggered more redness on my cheeks and chin and felt hot and oily all night. When I purchased the starter kit at Kohl's, the lady at the register said she uses the Good Skin All Right line for her rosacea. I returned to purchase the All Right line and I am amazed at how, within only two days, my redness has calmed and my small bumps and pimples are clearing. Finally! After being so distraught about the worsening condition of my face and the amount of money I was spending trying to find something that worked, I came across your website and learned about the Good Skin All Calm line of products. I ran to my local Kohls and bought the trial kit that contains most of the products. After only a couple of days I could feel the difference in my face! My skin no longer itches and burns. Best of the bunch I've tried just about every product out there for sensitive/irritated skin and this one is the only one to actually improve the condition of my skin. It's very gentle and took away redness almost immediately. Soothing, almost lotion-like consistency cleanses without drying. The only complaint I had was it seemed to cause a few minor breakouts on the part of the face that's not affected by rosacea. Could be unrelated though. Works very well I tried this cleanser thinking I had nothing to lose and it worked very well! It is not a miracle cure but it definitely made my redness diminish and has moisturized my skin so that it looks better in general. There are no harsh ingredients - at least for my skin. Effective & Inexpensive! Two weeks ago my cheeks were very dry, red, and had lots of those small unsightly bumps. I started using the Good Skin All Calm Creamy Cleanser and my skin is now re-moisturized, and the redness has gotten better. It didn't really clear up the papules in two weeks all too well though (but it definitely did not make them worse). With my new combination (which I started 2 days ago) of the All Calm cleanser, Mynocycline anti-biotics, and Finacea, my cheeks are feeling and looking way more smooth and less red. This cleanser is great for keeping skin moisturized even with the drying oral medication and topical cream. I don't even have to use a moisturizer after i wash! P.S. Don't let the lotion-like consistency turn you off. Even though it may not feel like it's absorbing into your skin, it still does an effective job at cleansing. I really wanted to like it It's way too drying. I was shocked to read all of the great reviews only to find out that it dried my face out tremendously. I have pretty sensitive skin but not THAT sensitive. I tried using the lotion along with it and it seemed to dry my face out even more. Best Line for Rosacea I just want to say this whole line is the best. I have tried everything from cetephil to Clinique redness relief line, Eucerin redness line, and Aveno even estee Lauder. Good skin all calm does everything they say it does. I will never change again. I saw a difference after the first time I used it. I have mild rosacea and very sensitive skin. I am 40 years old and I finally feel comfortable to go out without makeup on everyday! You should try this whole line. It really removes makeup at night. Unreal!!! I'm a 41 year old man that has always prided myself on healthy looking young skin. I never had acne or any kind of breakouts. 3 weeks ago I broke out with what I think was a heat rash on my face; under my eyes and on my smile lines. I was freaked out! Very impressed I have moderate rosacea and have tried some other products but none felt soothing. I don't wear make up so I cannot comment on how well it removes it. After using this the very 1st time I saw a difference. My face was more even toned and the redness reduced. Also, it felt GOOD. great product Like some others I bought this cleanser based on the reviews and am really pleased with the results. I was using Eucerine Redness relief, but it still made my skin feel tight (like every other cleanser I tried, but a little less than most) and didn't really help the redness as it promised. But this All Calm Creamy Cleanser cleansed my skin without leaving it feeling dry, and really did lessen the redness. I also bought the moisturizer and like how well it absorbs into the skin and doesn't irrate it. works ok so far for me I read the reviews and went and bought the product at khols. It has definately reduced the redness on my cheeks and I have only used it 2 days. Im not sure that the cleanser removes all of the make-up with one wash so i wash it 2 to 3 times. As far as the bumps on my cheeks, they are still there but seem to be going away. Gentle and Cooling I bought Good Skin All Calm at Kohls after reading other reviews and I'm so glad I did. I was using other cleanser that in comparison were so harsh on my skin. I've been using All Calm for about a month and my skin is so soft and smooth. This cleanser is so gently I rub it right across my eyes and there is no burn or irritation. I will say that I do not use any foundation make-up... HORRIBLE!!! i bought the starter kit at kohl's and at first, it was cleaning my skin PERFECTLY. But after about 2 weeks i got these big red bumps all over my cheeks and chin from it. Take a look! Great product- really does calm flushing episodes. Has nearly eliminated my most embarrassing flushing episodes. It takes some time to get use to since it is so thin and creamy; I was not certain my face was exactly "clean" after washing. Rosacea Subtypes Subtype 1: Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea characterized by flushing and persistent redness, and may also include visible blood vessels. Subtype 2: Papulopustular rosacea characterized by persistent redness with transient bumps and pimples. Subtype 3: Phymatous rosacea characterized by skin thickening, often resulting in an enlargement of the nose from excess tissue. Rosacea Stages Pre-Rosacea the first cardinal sign of rosacea: blood vessels dilate to more stimuli, open wider and stay open for longer periods of time compared to normal persons. No visible damage can normally be seen. Mild Rosacea begins when the facial redness induced by flushing persists for an abnormal length of time - usually 1/2 an hour or more after a trigger. Those who have frequent pre-rosacea flushing are highly susceptible to progressing to mild rosacea. Some of the common triggers for a facial flush are heat, cold, emotions, exercise, topical irritants and allergic reactions. Moderate Rosacea as facial flushing becomes more frequent and intense, vascular damage occurs. This can result in long lasting redness, swelling and inflammatory papules and pustules. Telangiectasia (damaged micro blood vessels, often visible on the surface of the skin) may be noticed in the areas where flushing is worst.
