Cool IPL in Seoul

I am living in Seoul. I have found a dermatologist who highly recomends IPL for my rosacea. The thing is I am a white guy with very fair skin. I am worried that my dermatologist has little experience with whites and so may burn my skin as Asian skin tends to be thicker than white peoples and so she may use a strong laser setting causing problems.

It's risky when having any laser therapy done but even more so when having it done in my present circumstances. Does anybody have any experience having IPL done in Korea or in Asia in general? I would really like to hear from anyone that has had it done over here

It is quite a specific question so i am not sure how many answers you will get.

If you have a look at Dr Crouch's settings perhaps this might point you in the right direction:
