Red Veins in Whites of Eyes

I think the initial flare was so bad that I didn't realize the restasis was making my eyes worse and using it become a habit. I've been off the stuff for about 8 months and the whites of my eyes are actually white now (although the lid inflammation is still there unfortunately).
