Default How do you control acne?

Ok, I've had acne for the past ten years or so. It doesn't bother me as much as it used to (I'm now too concerned with rosacea to worry about it) but obviously I want to get rid of it. These days it's relatively minor but quite persistent.

Because of rosacea and because I now have sensitive skin that cannot tolerate topicals I'm having trouble treating my acne. I don't really know what to do. Is there anyone else with that lucky combination of acne and rosacea and if so, how do you treat acne?

Thanks.

I have found that the two things that work well for me as spironolactone and the n-lite laser. The oral spiro wont be helpful to you if you are male though.

I use 10% sodium sulfacetamide prescribed by my dermatologist. It doesn't bother my skin whatsoever, keeps zits at bay, and if one happens to pop up (hormones ) it takes care of it fast.

Hmm, can't afford the laser treatment unfortunately but I'll ask my GP about the Sodium Sulfacetamide.

Thanks.

Anyone else use anything else different?
